2015-2018 Prescribed Port Services Price Determination
The ports access and pricing regime requires the Commission to make a price determination for prescribed services at the Port of Darwin.

The Commission issued its first price determination in February 2016, which has been replaced by the 2019-2022 Prescribed Port Services Price Determination for the Port of Darwin.
The Commission released its first draft price determination in late 2015, which relates to the charges set by the private port operator for the provision of prescribed services at the Port of Darwin.
The Commission consulted with the Minister, private port operator, port users and other stakeholders likely to be affected by the determination. Two submissions were received. One from the Northern Territory Department of Treasury and Finance, and the other identified as confidential by the submitting stakeholder.
On 16 February 2016, the Commission issued its first price determination. This determination has been replaced by the 2019-2022 Prescribed Port Services Price Determination for the Port of Darwin.
