2022-2025 Prescribed Port Services Price Determination

The Commission has made its 2022-2025 Prescribed Port Services Price Determination for the Port of Darwin.
The Commission's price determination sets out how it will monitor and report on prices, requirements for the publication of prices, changes to prices and reporting obligations for the private port operator.
On 24 September 2021, the Commission released the 2022-2025 Prescribed Port Services Draft Price Determination for the Port of Darwin for consultation and received one submission. The Final Price Determination was published on 19 January 2022 and takes effect on 16 February 2022.
Under the ports access and pricing regime, a price determination cannot have effect for more than 3 years, and the price determination will expire on 15 February 2025.
