The Commission has approved and executed the transfer of Trutinor NT Pty Ltd’s generation licence to HCPS Co Pty Ltd as trustee for the HCPS Unit Trust, with effect 27 October 2020, in accordance with section 33 of the Electricity Reform Act 2000.
The Commission also made minor variations to the licence to reflect the expected installed generation capacity at Hudson Creek Power Station and, among other things, improve consistency with recently approved licences.
