The Commission has approved and executed the transfer of Batchelor Solar Farm Pty Ltd’s generation licence to BSF Co Pty Ltd as trustee for the BSF Unit Trust, with effect 27 October 2020, in accordance with section 33 of the Electricity Reform Act 2000.
The Commission also made minor variations to the licence to, among other things, improve consistency with recently approved licences.
