Reporting

Regular and comprehensive reporting on the water supply and sewerage services industry aims to increase transparency of issues, which improves planning, investment, understanding of value for money and general performance.

Under the Water and Sewerage Services Act 2000 and Utilities Commission Act 2000, the Commission has requirements to report to the Minister and water and sewerage entities on various matters in relation to the Territory’s water and sewerage industry. These reporting requirements are met through the Annual Compliance report.
