Independent Investigation into Darwin-Katherine System Black 12 March 2014

The Commission, pursuant to section 6(1)(g) of the Utilities Commission Act, was requested by the Regulatory Minister (the Treasurer) to undertake an independent investigation of the Darwin-Katherine System Black incident that occurred on 12 March 2014.

The Commission has completed its investigation and its report to the Minister is now available.
