On 20 June 2014, the Commission received a request from Power and Water Corporation (PWC) to vary its Retail and Generation Licences in accordance with section 32 of the Electricity Reform Act. PWC requests the variations to its Generation and Retail Licences to enable the continued operation of its retail and generation businesses following structural separation of PWC into three separate Government Owned Corporations from 1 July 2014.
