Wholesale Electricity Generation Market Review - Final Report
On 23 September 2013, the Commission received notice from the Minister (the Treasurer) under section 31 of the Utilities Commission Act requesting that the Commission conduct a review into wholesale electricity market arrangements that are appropriate for the Northern Territory, and to recommend preferred arrangements. On 28 February 2014, the Commission provided its final report to the Minister. In accordance with section 34 of the Utilities Commission Act, a copy of the Commission’s final report was tabled in the Legislative Assembly on 27 March 2014.
