Annual Compliance Report 2014-15

​In September 2015, the Commission published final Compliance Framework and Reporting Guidelines following consultation with licensees in July 2015. The Guidelines include, among other things, a requirement for annual compliance reporting, and an annual declaration from the Board of Directors in the form of a Compliance Report to be submitted to the Commission by 31 August each year in relation to compliance during the immediately preceding financial year.

For the 2014-15 reporting year, the Commission extended the date for submission of Compliance Reports to
30 November 2015.

This report ​provides a summary of the Compliance Reports received from licensees in 2015.
