Notice of Variation of Water and Sewerage Pricing Order

Water and sewerage tariffs and charges are regulated by the Territory Government via a Water and Sewerage Pricing Order issued by the Regulatory Minister.

On 1 February 2016, the Regulatory Minister varied the pricing order with the effect of regulating the prices that may be charged for the sale of sewerage services from the date the order is issued to 31 December 2016.
