Consultation: Application for Generation Licence - Katherine Solar Pty Ltd
On 2 November 2017, the Utilities Commission commenced public consultation and sought submissions from interested stakeholders on an application from Katherine Solar Pty Ltd for a licence to generate electricity in accordance with Section 21 of the Act.
Submissions were due by 15 December 2017.
The Commission has received one submission from Territory Generation:

The Commission has also received a request from PWC System Control seeking an extension to the period for submissions to 31 of January 2018 to enable further development of the Generator Performance Standards.

Please note the ‘Preliminary Draft Generator Performance Standards’ provided by PWC System Control as an attachment is a very early draft and subject to (potentially substantial) change.
The Commission has agreed to provide the requested extension, which is also made available to all stakeholders.
