Consultation: Application to Transfer a Generation Licence - Katherine Solar Pty Ltd to Eni Australia Limited

​The Commission has received an application from Katherine Solar Pty Ltd to transfer its generation licence to Eni Australia Limited in accordance with section 33 of the Electricity Reform Act.

Standard Generation Licence Transfer Application – Katherine Solar Pty Ltd to Eni Australia Limited

In accordance with good regulatory practice, the Commission is seeking stakeholder and system participant comments, specifically around the suitability of Eni Australia Limited to hold a generation licence.

Submissions are due by COB Friday 4 January 2019.
