2019-2022 Prescribed Port Services Final Price Determination for the Port of Darwin

On 13 February 2019, the Utilities Commission issued a final price determination in accordance with section 132 of the Ports Management Act and section 20(1)(a) of the Utilities Commission Act.

In December 2018, the Commission published a draft version of the new price determination, inviting submissions from port stakeholders. Two submissions were received, which were considered before the issuing of the final determination.
