Consultation: Consultation closed for Application to Transfer a Generation Licence – Katherine Solar Pty Ltd to Eni Australia Limited

The Commission received an application from Katherine Solar Pty Ltd to transfer its generation licence to Eni Australia Limited in accordance with section 33 of the Electricity Reform Act.

​In accordance with good regulatory practice, the Commission sought comments on the licence application from market participants and stakeholders. Submissions were due Friday 4 January 2019. No submissions were received.
