Eni Australia Limited’s Generation Licence Varied

​Following consideration of Eni Australia Limited’s application to vary its generation licence and consideration of the two submissions received, the Commission has approved and executed the variation of Eni Australia Limited’s generation licence, with effect 10 September 2019, in accordance with section 32 of the Electricity Reform Act 2000. The varied licence includes Batchelor Solar Farm and Manton Dam Solar Farm power stations, and a battery energy storage system at the Katherine Solar power station.
