Final Report - 2018 Ports Access and Pricing Review published

​As the economic regulator for the ports access and pricing regime, section 123 of the Ports Management Act (the Act) requires the Commission to conduct and complete a review of Part 11 of the Act and Part 3 of the Ports Management Regulations.

The review was conducted and completed, with the Commission delivering the Final Report to the Minister for Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics on 15 November 2018.

In accordance with section 123(4) of the Act, the Final Report was tabled in the Legislative Assembly on 12 March 2019.
