Issues Paper - 2019 Northern Territory Electricity Ring-fencing Code and Guidelines Review

​The Commission has approved the Issues Paper for the Review of the Northern Territory Electricity Ring-fencing Code and Guidelines. The Issues Paper identifies the issues that should be considered as part of the review. The Commission invites submissions from all stakeholders by Friday, 28 June 2019.

The Commission is reviewing the Code and Guidelines to ensure their contents and operation are of continued relevance and effectiveness for the electricity supply industry in the Northern Territory.
