2019 Annual Report to the Minister on Material Instances of Non-Compliance – Port of Darwin

The Commission’s 2019 report was recently tabled in Parliament and is now available on the Commission’s website.

Each year the Commission reports to the Minister on any material instances of non-compliance by the private port operator with the Access Policy or determinations made by the Commission.
