Annual Compliance Report 2019-20

The Commission has published its Annual Compliance Report 2019-20.

Under the Commission’s Compliance Framework and Reporting Guidelines, electricity, water and sewerage licensees are required to submit an annual compliance report by 31 August each year. The Commission’s Annual Compliance Report summarises the reports received from licensees informing on their framework to support compliance, non-compliance against requirements of their licence, relevant legislation, codes and other instruments and associated remedial action to result in better protection and/or benefits for consumers.
