Consultation closed – Draft Decision – Review of Ring-fencing Code and Guidelines

Consultation is now closed on the Commission’s Draft Decision as part of its review of the Northern Territory Electricity Ring-fencing Code and Guidelines.

The Commission received submissions from Jacana Energy, Power and Water Corporation and Territory Generation in relation to the Draft Decision and draft revised Code.
