Consultation extended – Draft Decision – Review of Ring-fencing Code and Guidelines

The Commission has extended consultation on its Draft Decision following its review of the Northern Territory Electricity Ring-fencing Code and Guidelines to 5pm (CST) Thursday 14 May 2020.

The Commission has received submissions from Jacana Energy and Territory Generation in relation to the Draft Decision. Stakeholders may wish to consider issues raised in these submissions as part of providing feedback to the Commission.
