Utilities Commission 2023 Stakeholder Survey Results

The Commission has published the Utilities Commission 2023 Stakeholder Survey Results.

In June 2023, the Commission’s 2023 stakeholder survey was provided to stakeholders through the Commission’s website, e-newsletter and direct email. The survey asked questions about the Commission’s conduct and outputs and whether stakeholders were satisfied the Commission was achieving its objective of protecting the long-term interests of consumers. The Commission’s last stakeholder survey was conducted in 2020.

Overall the responses to the survey were positive. Almost all comparable questions saw an increase in positive responses when compared to the 2020 survey. The Commission also received a small number of negative written responses. In its decision making and consideration of priorities, the Commission will take this feedback into account moving forward.
