2025-2028 Prescribed Port Services Price Determination – Final Determination

The Commission has published its final 2025-2028 Prescribed Port Services Price Determination for the Port of Darwin. The final price determination relates to the charges fixed by a private port operator and a private pilotage provider for the provision of prescribed services at the Port of Darwin and the manner in which the Commission will monitor those prices.

The final price determination is made in accordance with section 132 of the Ports Management Act 2015 and section 20(1)(a) of the Utilities Commission Act 2000, and comes into effect on 16 February 2025, replacing the 2022-2025 Prescribed Port Services Price Determination for the Port of Darwin.
