Generation licences varied – Eni Australia Limited and joint licensees

The Commission has varied the three generation licences held jointly by Eni Australia Limited, and Eni New Energy Katherine Pty Ltd, Eni New Energy Manton Dam Pty Ltd and Eni New Energy Batchelor Pty Ltd.

On application from the licensees, the Commission removed the expiry date from the licences. The Commission has also implemented its standard generation licence conditions and template.
