Progress Report - Alice Springs System Black recommendation implementation

The Commission has published the tenth and final Progress Report on the implementation of recommendations from the independent investigation of the Alice Springs System Black incident on 13 October 2019.

Following the Commission’s independent investigation, the Northern Territory Government Response accepted 14 of the Commission’s recommendations in whole and one in-principle. On request from the Minister for Essential Services (at the time), the Commission has published six-monthly progress reports.

As outlined in the Progress Report, all recommendations stemming from the investigation are now considered complete. Given that all recommendations have now been implemented, this will be the final Progress Report published by the Commission in relation to the Alice Springs system black incident.
