Consultation: Submissions Received for Generation Licence Application - Assure Energy Asset Pty Ltd

​The Commission received an application from Assure Energy Asset Pty Ltd as required by section 14 of the Electricity Reform Act 2000 (ER Act), for a licence to generate electricity in accordance with section 21 of the Act.

In accordance with good regulatory practice, the Commission sought comments on the licence application from market participants and stakeholders. Submissions were due Friday 2 August 2019. The Commission received two submissions, including a confidential submission from Power and Water Corporation.
