Batchelor Solar Farm Pty Ltd’s generation licence transferred to BSF Co Pty Ltd as trustee for the BSF Unit Trust

The Commission has approved and executed the transfer and variation of Batchelor Solar Farm Pty Ltd’s generation licence to BSF Co Pty Ltd as trustee for the BSF Unit Trust, with effect 27 October 2020, in accordance with section 33 of the Electricity Reform Act 2000.
