Consultation - Issues Paper - Electricity Industry Performance Code Review

The Commission is reviewing the Electricity Industry Performance Code (Standards of Service and Guaranteed Service Level) to address a number of known issues and to ensure its content and operation is of continued relevance and effectiveness for the electricity supply industry in the Territory.

Accordingly, the Commission has released an Issues Paper to advise stakeholders that the Commission is considering varying the Electricity Industry Performance Code and to identify issues that should be considered as part of the review.

In accordance with good regulatory practice, the Commission is seeking submissions regarding the Issues Paper from system participants and stakeholders. Any submissions should be provided by 5pm (CST) Wednesday 28 October 2020.
