Consultation - Generation licence transfer application - Batchelor Solar Farm Pty Ltd to BSF Co Pty Ltd

The Commission has received an application from Batchelor Solar Farm Pty Ltd to transfer its generation licence to BSF Co Pty Ltd in accordance with the Electricity Reform Act 2000.

In accordance with good regulatory practice, the Commission is seeking submissions regarding the licence transfer application from system participants and stakeholders. Any submissions should be provided by 5pm (CST) Tuesday 29 September 2020.
