Electricity Industry Performance Code Independent Compliance Audit Guidelines

The Commission has published Electricity Industry Performance Code Independent Compliance Audit Guidelines.

Following consultation on draft Guidelines and consideration of stakeholder submissions, the Commission has published Independent Compliance Audit Guidelines and a Statement of Reasons.

The purpose of the Guidelines is to assist electricity entities in meeting their reporting obligations under the Electricity Industry Performance Code, which require them to submit to the Commission a report on their actual performance in the financial year against the performance indicators set out in the Code.
