Electricity Industry Performance Code – Proposed Independent Compliance Audit Guidelines

The Commission has released a draft of proposed Independent Compliance Audit Guidelines for stakeholder consultation. These guidelines seek to clarify audit requirements of electricity entities under the Electricity Industry Performance Code and provide certainty regarding their reporting obligations to the Commission.

The Commission invites submissions from all stakeholders by 5pm (CST) Tuesday 28 July 2020.
