Trutinor NT Pty Ltd’s generation licence transferred to HCPS Co Pty Ltd as trustee for the HCPS Unit Trust

The Commission has approved and executed the transfer and variation of Trutinor NT Pty Ltd’s generation licence to HCPS Co Pty Ltd as trustee for the HCPS Unit Trust, with effect 27 October 2020, in accordance with section 33 of the Electricity Reform Act 2000.
