Approved guaranteed service levels - Alcan Gove Pty Ltd

The Commission has approved Alcan Gove Pty Ltd’s proposed guaranteed service levels for the township of Nhulunbuy.

In accordance with the conditions of its licence exemption and clause 4.1.3 of the Electricity Industry Performance Code, if Alcan Gove Pty Ltd (as the network provider in the town of Nhulunbuy), does not meet its guaranteed service levels in relation to a small customer, it is liable to pay the customer the relevant payment.

Alcan Gove Pty Ltd is also required to report to the Commission annually in relation to its guaranteed service levels and associated payments made.
