Consultation – Network licence variation – Power and Water Corporation

The Commission is seeking stakeholder feedback on its proposed variation to Power and Water Corporation’s (PWC) network licence.

The variation to PWC's network licence seeks to amend the licence so that it does not contain an expiry date, removes references to obsolete codes and legislation, to be consistent with the recently amended Electricity Retail Supply Code, modernise the logo and correct minor typographical corrections.

The Commission has consulted with and sought the agreement of PWC to vary the licence as proposed.

In accordance with good regulatory practice, the Commission is seeking submissions regarding the licence variation from system participants and stakeholders. Any submissions should be provided to the Commission by 5pm (CST) Tuesday 28 April 2020.

More information regarding the proposed variations of PWC's Network Licence can be found on the Network licence variation - Power and Water Corporation project page.
