Port of Darwin changes to standard charges for prescribed services
Darwin Port Operations Pty Ltd has advised it will increase its standard charges for prescribed services by 5% on 1 July 2022, with the exception of port induction fees, which remain the same. Darwin Port Operations Pty Ltd has also published new standard charges for storage, with these previously negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Assessment of Network Outage Event on 4 November 2021 – Alcan Gove Pty Ltd
The Commission has published its assessment of Alcan Gove's request to exclude a network outage in the township of Nhulunbuy on 4 November 2021 from its guaranteed service level reporting and payments.
Approval of Power and Water Corporation's 2022-23 system control charges
The Commission has approved the Power and Water Corporation’s 2022-23 system control and market operator charges to be applied from 1 July 2022.
Licence exemption relinquished - GPT and Innogen Australia Pty Ltd
The Commission received written notice on 10 March 2022 from GPT RE Limited and GPT Funds Management Limited, and Innogen Australia Pty Ltd that, due to the sale of the Casuarina Square shopping centre, the entities no longer require the licence exemption granted by the Commission in October 2014 under section 87 of the Electricity Reform Act 2000 in relation to electricity operations at the shopping centre. Accordingly, the Commission has revoked the licence exemption, effective 8 April 2022.
New Access Policy for the Port of Darwin Approved
The Commission approved a new Access Policy for the Port of Darwin on 12 April 2022.
