Network and Retail licence exemption granted - Zenith Pacific (DBG-GTS) Pty Ltd

The Commission has granted, with the approval of the Minister, a Section 87 Exemption to Zenith Pacific (DBS-GTS) from the requirement to hold a network and retail licence for the operation of its Tanami Mine. The Commission has published a Decision Summary that provides information on the reasons for the Commission’s decision to grant the exemption.
