Annual Compliance Report 2020-21

The Commission has published its Annual Compliance Report 2020-21.

The report summarises information received under the Commission’s Compliance Framework and Reporting Guidelines, which requires electricity, water and sewerage licensees to submit an annual report informing on non-compliance against requirements of their licence, relevant legislation and other regulatory instruments and remedial action taken to address any instances of non-compliance.
