Consultation - 2023 Review of the Ports Access and Pricing Regime - Issues Paper

The Commission is required to periodically review the Northern Territory’s port access and pricing regime to assess whether the regime remains fit for purpose. The Commission has commenced its second review of the regime (2023 Review) with the publication of its 2023 Review of the Port Access and Pricing Regime – Issues Paper.

The Commission invites submissions on the Issues Paper by 5pm (ACST) 6 January 2023. Submissions should be provided electronically by email to utilities.commission@nt.gov.au in Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word format.

Submissions will inform the Commission’s Draft Report, which will be released by the Commission in mid-2023. A Final Report will be provided to the Minister by 15 November 2023.

More information regarding the 2023 Review can be found on the 2023 Review of the Port Access and Pricing Regime project page.
