Consultation extended - Issues Paper - 2023 Review of the Ports Access and Pricing Regime

The Commission has extended consultation on its Issues Paper for the 2023 Review of the Port Access and Pricing Regime to 5pm (ACST) Friday 3 February 2023.

Submissions should be provided electronically by email to utilities.commission@nt.gov.au in Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word format.

Submissions will inform the Commission’s Draft Report, which will be released by the Commission in mid-2023. A Final Report will be provided to the Minister by 15 November 2023.
