Consultation – Draft Report – 2023 Review of the Ports Access and Pricing Regime

The Commission has released its 2023 Review of the Port Access and Pricing Regime – Draft Report for consultation.

The Draft Report provides the Commission’s draft recommendations on the need for, and form of, regulatory oversight and amendments to the access and pricing regime following consideration of submissions on the Issues Paper for the 2023 Review released in November 2022.

The Commission invites submissions on the Draft Report by 5pm (CST) 30 June 2023. Submissions should be provided electronically by email to utilities.commission@nt.gov.au in Adobe Acrobat or Microsoft Word format.
