Generation licences varied – Eni Australia Limited and joint licensees

The Commission has varied the three generation licences held jointly by Eni Australia Limited, and Eni New Energy Katherine Pty Ltd, Eni New Energy Manton Dam Pty Ltd and Eni New Energy Batchelor Pty Ltd.

On application from the licensees, the Commission varied clause 3(c) of the generation licences, extending the expiry date of the licences from 30 June 2023 to 30 June 2025. The varied licences can be found on the Commission’s register of licences on issue.
