The Commission’s 2023 Annual Report to the Minister on Material Instances of Non-Compliance was recently tabled in Parliament and is now available on the Commission’s website.

Each year the Commission reports to the Minister on any material instances of non-compliance by the private port operator with the Access Policy or determinations made by the Commission.
