Annual Compliance Monitoring Report 2023-24

The Commission has published its Annual Compliance Monitoring Report 2023-24.

The report provides a summary and assessment of compliance reports received from electricity, water and sewerage licensees for the 2023-24 financial year and seeks to provide transparency on the compliance performance of licensees and promote accountability by licensees for rectifying non-compliances.

The 2023-24 report has a particular focus on life support equipment customers, technical codes, performance reporting and wrongful disconnections.
