Consultation – 2025-2028 Prescribed Port Services Draft Price Determination for the Port of Darwin

In 2022, the Commission made a determination relating to the charges fixed by the private port operator and private pilotage provider for providing prescribed services at the Port of Darwin.  The determination will expire on 15 February 2025 and the Commission intends on replacing it at that time with a new determination.

The Commission has released the 2025-2028 Prescribed Port Services Price Determination Port of Darwin – Draft Determination and invites submissions on the draft determination by 5pm Friday 25 October 2024.  Submissions on the draft determination will inform the final price determination.
