Final Report – 2023 Review of the Port Access and Pricing Regime

The Commission has released its 2023 Review of the Port Access and Pricing Regime – Final Report.

The Final Report provides the Commission’s recommendations to the Northern Territory Government on the need for, and form of, regulatory oversight and amendments to the port access and pricing regime and was informed by submissions from stakeholders to the Commission’s Issues Paper and Draft Report for the 2023 Review.

The Commission delivered the Final Report to the Minister for Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics on 1 November 2023 and the report was tabled in the Legislative Assembly on 12 March 2024 in accordance with section 123 of the Ports Management Act 2015.
