Annual Report on material instances of non-compliance with the Port Access Policy and Price Determination for 2024-25

The Commission’s 2025 report was recently tabled in Parliament and is now available on the Commission’s website.

Each year the Commission reports to the Minister on any material instances of non-compliance by the private port operator with the Access Policy or determinations made by the Commission.
