Transfer of Generation Licence - Katherine Solar Power Station

The Commission has approved and executed the transfer of the generation licence for the Katherine Solar Power Station from Eni Australia Limited (Agent) and Eni New Energy Katherine Pty Ltd (Principal) to Eni Plenitude Renewables Katherine Pty Ltd, with effect 30 June 2026, in accordance with section 33 of the Electricity Reform Act 2000.
