Transfer of Generation Licence - Manton Dam Solar Power Station

The Commission has approved and executed the transfer of the generation licence for the Manton Dam Solar Power Station from Eni Australia Limited (Agent) and Eni New Energy Manton Dam Pty Ltd (Principal) to Eni Plenitude Renewables Manton Dam Pty Ltd, with effect 30 June 2026, in accordance with section 33 of the Electricity Reform Act 2000.
