Generation Licence - Assure Energy Asset Pty Ltd as trustee for the Assure Energy Asset Trust

The Commission has issued a generation licence to Assure Energy Asset Pty Ltd as trustee for the Assure Energy Asset Trust to generate electricity.

The generation licence allows Assure Energy Asset Pty Ltd as trustee for the Assure Energy Asset Trust to generate electricity from two solar photovoltaic facilities, and to sell the electricity to other electricity entities holding a retail or generation licence, and to the Department of Defence at Robertson Barracks and RAAF Darwin.
