Review of Port of Darwin Reporting Guidelines complete

The Commission has completed its review of the Port of Darwin Reporting Guidelines. The Guidelines set out the requirements in relation to annual reporting by the private port operator on compliance with the private port operator’s access policy.

In June 2021, the Commission released Draft Revised Guidelines, seeking feedback from stakeholders. No submissions were received. On 18 August 2021, the Commission issued Final Reporting Guidelines, which commenced with publication in the Northern Territory Government Gazette on 25 August 2021. The Commission also released a Statement of Reasons.
